PATRICK SPRINGS CHRISTIAN CHURCH

OUR HISTORY

 

 As a result of Rich Acres Christian Church and Stella Christian Church coming together to meet the need for a restoration fellowship in Patrick Springs, Virginia, our first worship service was July 11, 1982 in a building formerly used as a hair salon.  Sunday School was held in a small building adjacent to the brick building and became affectionally known as "Noah's Ark".

 

Three years (1985) after first service with the help of the Virginia Evangelism Fellowship and MANY VOLUNTEERS from Patrick and Henry County churches, Roanoke, King, NC and as far away as Georgia and the Blessings of our Heavenly Father;  the church was raised in one week.

 

In 2006, we were blessed to build a new sanctuary, add Sunday School rooms, convert the old sanctuary to a fellowship hall and add a large kitchen.
